This is the assistants' office board.

This is the board in President Carter's office that shows each missionary picture, name, leaving date, record where they served and who with, ward, district, and zone, etc. on a moveable card.

This is an example of the individual cards I make for each incoming missionary (they are magnet backed).   This is in addition to two smaller pictures that hang in the assistants office and in the mission home tracking release dates, time served, etc.

Recognize anyone in the far upper left corner?

Here are what the cards look like after some time in the mission.  Notice the license plate number on the left of the car they drive, and the T indicates that Sister Lucas is a trainer.  The STL means she is also a sister trainer leader.  Both of these missionaries are dynamite and we LOVE them!  The yellow dot on the card above hers indicates that the missionary has served in Darwin or Alice Springs (far parts of the mission) and a red dot means they cannot drive.
